One-to-One Coaching Sessions

The best of both worlds

You can choose to work one-on-one with Rhiannon, Philippa, or alternate between the two and their respective areas of expertise.

Whatever you decide, the first step will be to have a complimentary 15 minute call with one of the Oakley Coach team. This call will help us ascertain your needs and discuss your goals, and we’ll then work with you to create a coaching programme that will meet your needs, within your timeframe.

How it works

Your sessions will usually be up to 60 minutes in length. Our one-to-one sessions can take place either in person (COVID permitting), via telephone, or via video call.

The first session gives us an opportunity to discuss the ‘big picture’ before deep-diving into the nitty gritty with subsequent sessions. Prior to each session, you’ll be expected to review your notes from the last session. During your coaching session, you’ll review your progress thus far, discuss your successes and key learning points, and begin to identify and implement your goal for the upcoming period.

As part of our commitment to you, we will also keep confidential, anonymised notes that we will use to reflect on your progress and successes. We will also identify and provide any resources or tools that we feel may benefit you, maximising the value from each coaching session.

An overnight success?

Unfortunately not! Like all things in life, coaching takes time, commitment and enthusiasm.

Whilst you will likely see small successes each day, a coaching programme provides a long-term strategy for achieving your aims. It’s not an instant fix, and requires you to commit to the process, mentally preparing for each session and ensuring you are ready to implement any changes you identify.

You have to want to change

In our professional experience, it is best for you to commit to coaching with us for a minimum of three months to see positive changes in your life and work.

This allows us to work with you not only to achieve the aims you’ve set in that time, but to teach you the skills you need to repeat the coaching process throughout your life.

We recognise that our recommendations may not be for everyone, and we’re proud to provide a completely bespoke coaching journey that meets your needs. As such, you may choose to schedule your coaching sessions over a different time period to suit your diary and rate of progress.
