Coaching as a team will help you build stronger relationships so you are able to overcome obstacles and challenges together with a positive mindset and move forward as a cohesive team.
In 2016, Rhiannon and Philippa Oakley established Oakley Coaching in response to the growing demand for coaching within the public and private healthcare industry. With the constantly-changing landscape of healthcare, coaching creates a time, space and structure for practices to discuss and implement positive change to remain ahead of the curve.
